There was 5lakes-music before the year 2020 and they made some jam-sessions and recordings.

Most of the stuff is unfortunately gone, but some is not and what is found will be added over time to the before 2020-page on this site.

At the time of this writing there a three collections - interesting and worthwhile to listen to - from Bandcamp included; more will follow when found a polished a little.

Technical optimizations and improvements, new features, ideas and possibilites - it will never be finished, especially on the net.

But: we have reached a point where we passed the inital setup and even have set a pretty good standard for ourselves:

• NINJAM ist running
• documentation has been set up
• the clients have been installed and tested
• there is a space where all recordings are stored
• and made available to the participants after the session

Now could and should be the time to use it for what it was intended: make music, perhaps even good music...

Archive of NINJAM sessions

An archive with the recordings of the sessions on our NINJAM-server is now available.

The session-recordings of the sessions from the previous day are automatically collected each night, packed into one ZIP-file and also automatically uploaded here.

There is no manual preselection in this process, so it is likely that there are many empty projects as every time someone connects to the empty server a new session is started. Interesting might be the ones that comprise of a couple of Megabytes of data.

To identify a special session check for the date and time which is reflected in the files name. 

The files from the archive can be downloaded and imported into REAPER by dragging the '.log'-file from the folder-structure into an REAPER-project-window.
